Happy July! July is the Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. So this month, let's reflect on the "multitude of mental health experiences within BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities and others that face disproportionate inequities due to systemic barriers and historical adversity." We all have mental health obstacles that can be hard to overcome but people of minorities have always had additional challenges that simply being a person of color comes with. Let's de-stigmatize mental health especially that of people of color.
