How much is shipping?

~ I ship via USPS and the cost is based on the weight of the package.  You can see the exact cost for shipping at checkout.  Any orders over $50 ship free to anyone in US!

~ I do ship internationally but the cost can get a bit outrageous, as we both know.  I apologize for this and I'm looking into ways to improve this so that I can offer better shipping costs you.

How long are your processing times?

~ My processing times vary from product to product.  Hand dyed fabrics take 5 to 10 business days and kit's take 3 to 5 business days.  If you need your order quickly, please reach out to me and I'll do what I can to get it out ASAP!  However, I cannot guarantee any orders will get shipped out early as I have not heard back from my doctor about installing those extra arms. 

~ Downloads are available immediately after payments have been processed.

Can I share my download link with another stitcher?

~ No!  That is stealing!  I'm a freelance artist you guys, not a big corporation.  I have bills to pay and I've grown quite fond of eating.  Link sharing has been happening quite frequently and I've taken steps to prevent that from happening any further.  As of February 2020, every pattern purchase will only be able to download the pattern once.  After one download, the download link will be disabled.  No ifs, ands, or buts about it!! 

I upgraded computers and need to download my pattern again.  How do I do so?

~ You will have to purchase the pattern again.  Your original download link has been disabled after the initial download. 

Do you accept returns?

~ I know not everything works out as perfectly as we planned in our minds, so I do accept returns.  All products must be returned in the same condition that they arrived in and must be returned no later than 30 days after the package was delivered.  Fabrics cannot have pet hair or smoke odor (of any kind).  Please contact to me to let me know that you will be sending a return.  The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  You will be refunded for the cost of the product (not including shipping) as soon as the product has been received. 
~ Refunds are not given for downloadable items.
~ If a product has been damaged in delivery or your order is incorrect, please contact me right away for assistance!

I didn't realize I purchased a download.  Can I return it?

~ No.  Because you have access to the download and I cannot take that away from you, I don't give refund for patterns.  Gift it to a crafty friend and hopefully they'll give you the finished product!

I sell finished cross stitches.  Can I stitch up your designs to sell?

~ I'm so thrilled you love my patterns enough to sell them!  Please place an inquiry at cassi@sassistitch.com and I'll get back to you quickly.

Do you sell my information?

~ Hell no!  Didn't you hear that big corporations can go fuck themselves?  Any information provided stays within Sassi Stitch Boutique's database.  You will not be contacted outside of your purchase unless you have subscribed to my newsletter!  You can check out our full privacy policy here.
