"Just keep your head above, swim" are lyrics from the Jack's Mannequin song, Swim that I've listened to since I was 18.  It's my go to song when life get rough and I just need some encouragement to keep going.  This cross stitch would give some needed inspiration to any room, instead of those cheesy inspirational posters that make you want to punch someone.

This is a blackwork pattern (even though it's not black, like at all) and contains full cross stitches, back stitches and a few french knots making for a fun new project!
